The Annual Gathering for the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers wanted to host its annual internal gathering to present its vision and goals, commemorate its accomplishments, and foster connections among employees through diverse activities. We, throughout our collective efforts, masterminded the event, from selecting a suitable venue to its preparation and branding. Moreover, we crafted, developed, and designed all content elements and creative assets, encompassing printings, 3D and digital designs. Additionally, we oversaw all technical, operational, and executive procedures, from devising and executing supplementary activities to crowd management and hospitality providing, while upholding the utmost standards of security and safety.
